[RESOLVED] Brother HL5150D printer setup for Suse Linux
I've got a desktop machine that I can NOT connect to the internet, for purposes of installing the Brother printer drivers under Suse. I've done the exact same setup on a laptop running the same version of OpenSuse (13.1 i think), so am familiar with the process, but the desktop in question doesn't have internet access, and I'm unable to alter that issue presently.
How can I get a FULL download of these printer resources, so that I can complete the installation WITHOUT going online? Every resource I've located on Brother's support sites, and others, requires the EXPECTED online connection to complete.
Thx for any advice.

Other than that, seems we are stuck with having a operational nic in Linux.

yeah... that's where I've already been... looks like I'm going to have to move the machine to my office temporarily until I get the printer installed. I appreciate the ease of online installation, but it can be a real PITA when you just can't get connected...
