Canceling your scheduled Windows 10 Upgrade
If you have reserved an upgrade to Windows 10 and decide you don't want to upgrade, you can cancel the scheduled upgrade by choosing Continue Upgrade as Scheduled or Upgrade Later running the troubleshooter.

That's good. There needed to be a simple way of doing that.
I'd just add that if anyone has decided to not install Win 10 and wants to get rid of the nagware icon in their systray then they should uninstall Windows update KB:3035583 to do so. You don't need it anyway to get Windows 10 if you change your mind..
