[RESOLVED] Keyboard starts and stops.
I've never had a problem with a keyboard. I use Win 7 64 Home Pro, 8 gigs RAM, P55 Gigabyte Mobo and the keyboard is a Microsoft wireless 6000. As I type (no matter which program) the cursor will hang up and only waiting will get it to come back. Otherwise, I can tap repeatedly and get no result. I've tried different USB ports and hubs, cleaned out the keyboard, cleaned out the usb ports, put the receiver in other locations, checked everything I can think of. I don't get it. The keyboard's not old, not abused. Hmmmmm.
TIA

Did you try a wired keyboard? Did you try replacing the batteries?
Don't put the receiver on a usb hub, especially a USB 3.0 hub.

I tried all those things. What seems to be working is going to the keyboard driver and changing the blink rate of the cursor. Haven't had a hangup since then, which was about nine o'clock last night. I don't have a wired keyboard available but I put the kboard on my laptop and it worked fine. This morning I've been writing for two hours, no problem.
