I don't list many paid program updates but when one is significant, I feel it's important.

FastStone Capture is the best (IMO) screen capture program for Windows. It's not free anymore (it once was) but an awesome value for the money. It's stable mate FastStone Image Viewer is free and many consider it one of the best of it's type too. FastStone Capture is easy to use and has excellent editing capabilities. I use it daily.

Major change this version is to allow multiple captures and join them into one PDF or image. (Something I have wished for, for a long time!)
