    Remove power-on password on Samsung laptop

    A customer just dropped off his Samsung NP350E5C-A01AU notebook with a power-on password, obviously he doesn't know what it is and wants it removed. Has anyone had any recent success with Samsung hardware?

    It's against the rules to help crack passwords... Especially with laptops.
