    Sick of google

I am so tired and bored with google.
They think they own the internet.
I hate them and everything they do.
It really hit the fan today when someone from some company phoned me and asked if I wanted my web site rated on a google scale.
hate hate hate, google go away and die some where.

Yeah, I know how you feel. Monopolies are never a good thing. Unfortunately Google is still the best general use search engine so I still use it but I clean their cookies out on a regular basis because I don't want them tracking me all over the place. Same goes for Facebook which I'm forced to have a (fake) identity with to log into various pages for work related reasons.

And I use search.yahoo.com, an improved Yahoo page, sometimes Ixquick or duckduckgo. Only thing I do with Google is Youtube, and disinfect the cookies afterward.

Unfortunately we can't get away entirely because everyone else thinks they're the cat's pajamas.

Much, much worse. Everyone's in the soup. This is what using the web or your phone will get you.

    I'm just furious.

We've spent years scrubbing cookies, avoiding nosy sites, upgrading our AV, using proxies, securing Firefox, removing malware, keeping our emal address private, and it was all for naught, and at the highest level. We've all been betrayed.

And Verizon is my phone and internet provider.
