    Clean junks of Browsers, remove junk and useless file of Windows and Defragment your disk
    If they can't even do a reasonable english translation on their main web page I wouldn't trust them to clean my computer.


    CCleaner is a perfectly good disk cleaner and I like Defraggler as my default disk defragmenter.. both available from www.piriform.com

    It is probably better to use Windows own cleaning tools. In recent versions of IE, click Tools|Delete Browsing History. That should bring up a window with options as to what can be deleted.
    Or use Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr.exe).
