Multifunction printer print blank page on copying
I have a HP Officejet G4500-g10gn multifunction printer. It works OK on printing b/w, color from computer; scan to pdf. However, when I want to do b/w copying, it prints out a blank page; color copying, it only prints only color part but not the black text. I checked that ink black cartridge level is OK and the scanning lamp lights on and moving.
Please advise me how to diagnosis and fix this problem. Thanks.

Uninstall it, reboot and re-install.
Normally that takes care of problems.

The problem happens on copying NOT printing. Therefore, whether a networked computer is turned on is not required.

One more point is that scanning to pdf or photo are both OK.

Thanks for everyone's advice. Since the machine can do copying without connecting to a computer (I turn off the w/l and do copying, it still prints out a blank page), I think there is nothing to do with the driver. I tried to search any firmware update and found nothing.
I guess that it may be the printer is malfunctioning.
