Get start button back

Hello all, my daughters bought a windows 8 computer, how does she get it to look like windows 7.
Start button, Programs the lot if possible?

Right click on an empty spot on the "Metro" Desktop and you can click all programs.

Move the mouse to the left corner until you see the "Start Menu" icon and right click it. There's more stuff.
