    IE on win8

    Has anyone encountered the problem I am having : upon starting my PC (by turning it on after a certain period of turning it off), I cannot open my IE on the metro nor on my desktop?
    Any fix you might know?

    If you have another browser, say Chrome or Firefox, is that set as default or IE?

    It seemed I found the solution ( I keep my fingers crossed ):
    -control panel.
    - programs
    -turn windows features on and off
    -check mark the "Microsoft message queue (MSMQ) server" box.
    Et voila!
