Windows8 Media Center
I'm using Win8 Pro ; recently I downloaded the Windows Media Center, and it is listed on the Metro Interface.
How do I remove the Windows Media Center off my Win8. I did not see this add- on in the add/remove programs.
Thank you
Ngan

What I understood: "keep win settings, personal files, and app" : the installation will only keep what files, settings, and app pertaining to Win 8 Pro only.
What will happen to my own programs I have installed (example : MS office etc..). Will they be gone?
Thanks
Ngan

No, just the media center will disappear. But it would not hurt anything to backup what you have before starting.
app- programs are different names for the same thing.
Remember Win* is written for folks who like these so call smart phone. Why I stayed with win 7.
