    Win 7 and Microsoft Office Starter 2010

    I've had an issue where I get a problem with MOS saying it is not responding.. not totally, if I wait for about 5 seconds or so it will respond. The program is OEM installed on disk my Mfg. If I uninstall & reinstall will I lose any documents? Thanks

    Uninstalling and reinstalling should not affect your documents, but you should be making backups anyway.

    Did you check for patches or updates to Office?
