Do you still have McAfee installed?
How certain are you that ccleaner knows what it's talking about?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Do you have the latest version of McAfee?
Did you run the Upgrade Assistant for Win 8?

McAfee and or another software is putting the reg entries there. I would ignore what CCleaner is saying.

Also it's really not a good idea to use registry cleaners. More often than not they cause problems and very rarely, if ever, solve any. As good as Ccleaner is for other uses it's just another registry cleaner to not use.
The space used by even a few hundred dead or obsolete registry entries is so small that it's really not worth thinking about and 99.9 times out of a hundred they cause no problems. And if there is an issue in the registry that is causing a problem then..
a) chances that a reg cleaner will automatically find it is near zero
b) it's better to manually troubleshoot the specific problem and fix it that way.
