Search function doesn't work correctly

For instance I wanted to find all topics by sbuxman
It's important to me to see previous topics to make sure I'm not wasting time with someone who abandon his/her topic(s) in the past.
When I go to his member page and I click on Find latest started threads all I can see is 1 topic.
The guy has 278 posts so the result is obviously wrong.

Nothing personal about sbuxman
It's just an example.

Yes we know the search function isn't working. Currently it'll only find words in posts that were created after the upgrade.. The indexes need to be rebuilt.
