It's very intermittent.
One post will take 2 seconds and the very next one 30 seconds.

In any case...
I post in a span of couple of minutes on 3-4 different forums and there is no question this one is very slow.

And I hit way more sites than that and don't have the slowness problem. I can link to a sister site that is always way slower then VDR is...
Broni - maybe its cause the servers are in CA and you're too close and you'll have to move to Texas

You had mentioned that it took 3-4 days to index your site.
VirtualDr has more than 7 times more posts to index.
4 x 7 = 28 days.
?
I'm just saying ... maybe that has something to do with it?

Actually, to me, the more annoying things is that new posts are not showing up until hours later. May we fix that, please.

What would be the polite, courteous and much appreciated thing is for someone in charge of this upgrade to post a statement of just what is going on. They must know there are problems, speed being the main one.
Is Indexing the current problem?
If so when will that be over---"X" days?
If it isn't Indexing what is it?
Can and/or will it be fixed?
Is it going to stay the way it is?.
People complain less and are not as aggravated when they know what's going on and what to expect. If it's going to stay the way it is we can all start adapting to it.

It's sporadic for me too. I made one post this am and it took nearly 2 minutes to send/load/retrieve the new post and then my next post took a few seconds.
This one also took a few seconds.

Keep an eye on posts from little ol me
Sporadic and intermittent issues like the speed issues are on the harder end of the scale to fix. BUT, it is being looked into…
