Attach text notes to media file
Is there a software which allows me to add a text note to a media file, such as MP4, AVI, etc.
Reason: some of the media files I have are 'events', such as a concert, a wedding party, etc. I want to add a 'side' file to it to describe the event. For example for a concert, its date and place, and the playlist. For a wedding party, the date and place, name of the bride and groom, etc. So, instead of embedding all these info into the file-name of the event, I have more space for descriptions.
Youtube have a very useful feature to describe the uploaded file as 'comments'... I am looking a similar thing for 'comments' add-on but just in Windows.
Appreciate help from all you good people to find and recommend me one.

It sounds like you want to tag the video files. There are lots of ways/programs to do that.. many free.
