Copy HOME DVD Movie to Blank DVD
I have a home movie of a wedding on a DVD that I am trying to copy to a blank DVD. I have tried both DVD -R & DVD +R. Every time I try to copy the disk using Nero or just in Window 7 it say to put a new disk there is not enough space. I have tried several combinations of the DVD'S I have and get the same result. Trying to find out what the issue is?
Also, I have Pinnacle HD 15 and when I try to burn movies from my HD camcorder Pinnacle end up (not responding). Trying to find out this issue also. Is there a better video program to use?

How big is the home movie? If neither program will burn it because it's too big, try either Dual Layer disks, or use DVDShrink to shrink the size to fit a normal size dvd.

I would try uninstalling the program and reiinstalling it. Sounds like it didn't install correctly the first time.

Thanks for the reply. I checked the video size and it was 1.24gb so it should fit. I do not understand why it says the disk does not have enough space. I downloaded DVD shrink and will give it a try.
The file I was using in Pinnacle was 5.12gb,maybe I should split it up and try that.
