Don't you need a smart phone to be able to use it? And or what are your plans for it if you can find it?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

You can't just install a mobile OS on any old phone. If the ROM wasn't designed specifically for that phone, it won't have drivers for things like the 3G/4G Radio, Wifi, Camera, etc. If you don't like Android, then you'll have to buy a new phone.

As far as a comparision, here's what I've seen so far:

Nokia Lumia 900 has 512MB of RAM, 16GB of storage with NO card slot for storage expansion.
Samsung Galaxy S II has a 1 GB RAM, both 16GB and 32GB models, as well as a microSD card slot.
Nokia Lumia 900 has Wi-Fi 802.11 B/g/n, Samsung Galaxy S II is the same but adds Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA.
Nokia Lumia 900 can record videos at 720p, Samsung Galaxy S II at 1080p.
Nokia Lumia 900 Talk time up to 7 Hours, Samsung Galaxy S II up To 18 Hours.
Nokia Lumia 900 Standby time up to 300 Hours, Samsung Galaxy S II Up To 710 Hours.
Nokia Lumia 900 has Bluetooth 2.1, Samsung Galaxy S II Bluetooth 3.0.
Nokia Lumia 900 is 11.5 mm thick, Samsung Galaxy S II 8.49 mm.
Nokia Lumia 900 weighs 160 g, Samsung Galaxy S II 116 g.

Actually the Galaxy S, is a great phone, let down of course by the gps and the poor camera and no flash.
I have it running on a custom mod, DarkysRom, and the voodoo app for the excellent sound tweaks ( it activates the audiophile class sound chip that is disabled by default) and lag fixs, or you can choose any of the dozens of different mods for it.
Personally I would wait an iteration or two with the new Windows OS, give it time to mature, just like we had to wait for android to actually become useful.
