    safe mode problems

    I am trying to log into safe mode and getting this error
    "windows cannot connect to sens service". When I click ok it just logs off.
    Trying to get there to fix granddaughters computer. It has that nasty Vista 2012 virus. This virus is going around fast. Cleaned 5 freinds of this so far

    Yep I saw that fix but this virus will not let me get into dos mode
