[RESOLVED] What is this??

For a a while now I have been seeing this when I am using my hotmai account:
We can't connect to Windows Live Hotmail right now. Please try again later
I usually ignore it and nothing happens. Now it is bugging me.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this? And BTW, the wording is on a yellow "banner" across the top of the opening window. As always, TIA.

Did you Google-> We can't connect to Windows Live Hotmail right now

And see how many friends you have that have gotten this message

I found an entry that stated:

i've been having this same problem and just recently resolved it. there was a
conflict with my ad blocking software (AdSubtract)... i shut it down and
hotmail now runs fine. it's not a perfect solution but at least i can check
my email. hope that helps.

Thanks Steve. I never seem to remember that anyone can pose such a question as this on Google and expect to see answers. This particular answer does is not applicable to my problem because I have no such app installed. Guess it is something else in my case.
