Amazon has really come out swinging in this tablet thing....
Hmmm...didn't know that HP bought Palm. No wonder it's doing badly.

Interesting; but he still has a net worth of close to a billion, so I don't think he's worried about that.

Kindle outselling iPad.....1 million per week....

The Kindle Fire is a hit and Amazon just released an impressive number to back up the widely accepted sentiment. Amazon is currently selling Kindles at a rate of one million per week as demand increases. Despite the huge sales numbers, Amazon has managed to keep the tablets and ereaders in stock and available for next day shipping. Even Apple couldn’t fulfill that sort of demand after the launch of either versions of the iPad.

Yeah....I don't understand this staggered selling based on country. They all do it....and I don't get the point. ???

    Anyone know why?

I would assume more than one reason.. main customer base location, price markup available, import duties/tariffs, costs of shipping/transactions/etc... and probably more than I can think of ATM.

Latest rumor....Apple will release a small iPad (7.85-inch screen) with smaller price to compete with Amazon Kindle Fire next year....

    Did Apple just blink already?
