Win 7 Premium & Explorer 9
Have an issue with Explorer closing after selecting websites " Says Explorer has experienced an issue and has shut down" This happens quite frequently. Becoming a real pain...

JBH1876--My first reaction is to reinstall IE9.
There are two ways to do this. Both involve Control Panel|Programs and Features. And it may safest to have first installed another browser, like Firefox.
1) Click the "View Updates" link in the left column. Under "Windows Internet Explorer 9" select and uninstall. You now will have IE8 installed. If you want to remain with IE8, you are finished. If you want IE9, download IE9. Install.
2) Click "Turn Windows Features on and off" in left column. Uncheck the box to the left of Internet Explorer 9. Follow instructions (which will probably require a reboot). Upon restart you will have IE 8 installed. . If you want IE9, go back to "Turn Windows Features on and off" in left column but this time check the box for Internet Explorer 9. Again follow instructions. After reboot you will have IE9 installed. This procedure is not a real reinstall of IE9, but it often clears up problems.

Thanks... Did see some other people with problems with Win 7 & Explorer... Also seen where Firefox was gaining an edge over Explorer... I may just try Firefox once again..
