Problem with caps lock
Hello all, when my wife goes on hotmail, she can type her email login, but, when she types her Password, always Uppercase, she cannot get into her account, any ideas??

See if the P/W works when holding down the shift key instead of caps lock. Post back the results.

gep--Does she know for sure she is typing UPPERCASE after typing the email login? Open Notepad, type and see.

While you are in Notepad, try typing the password as it should be, using the correct case, then see if you can cut and paste it into the appropriate box on the login form. That may not work, but it is worth a try.

Hotmail will not accept a password typed in caps. That is the problem.
