Hotmail/Live.ca cannot send, reply, or forward e-mails

I am using a laptop which has Windows XP Home, 1 GB memory, over 50 Gig empty disk, connects wireless - speed 54 Mbps, connection is good.

I connect to Hotmail/Live.ca (which is the same as Hotmail) via Internet Explorer.

I can download e-mails. But I cannot send, reply or forward e-mails to one of my main Live.ca e-mail accounts since yesterday [while all my other hotmail and live.ca e-mail accounts are working fine at the same moment. So, it means, it is not a problem with internet connection, or Windows or IE configuration, etc.]

    Here are the symptoms:

    New Mail.
There is absolutely no response after clicking 'New' on the Hotmail bar.
(I have waited for 30 minutes for any response, nothing happens). And I cannot go back to my Inbox after clicking it... no response as well.

    Reply or Forward Mail.
After selecting an e-mail, the text of the e-mail appears (I tried simple e-mails with just 1 line, or complex ones with attachments, the symptoms are the same). There is absolutely no response after clicking 'Reply' or 'Forward' on the Hotmail bar. (I have waited for over 45 minutes for any response, nothing happens), and there is no response if I clicked 'Inbox', or any other folders.

Also, is there any method that I can find out how much space I used on the Hotmail/Live.ca account for my e-mails (I do not store anything e.g. pictures, etc.) with those accounts.

Your assistance to resolve my Hotmail/Live.ca problem will be greatly appreciated.

Hotmail/Live.ca cannot send, reply, or forward e-mails

    just to add more info...
    1. "Loading" is displayed at the left-hand bottom (in beige colour) of the Hotmail/Live.ca screen.
    2. The same symptoms appear for direct internet connection (ie. not wireless).

I assume you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. You might try a different browser to access hotmail.
