    Wifes laptop dead

Wife has a Toshiba L45 S7419. She was browsing google then the same screen kept poping up over and over.I went to tab and closed the browser. She turned it off and when tryed to turn back on nothing is happening. It was running rather hot at that time she said. There is no response at all no lights blink

You could try removing the battery and running it on the AC adapter only.

If that doesn't help, see if it has more than one memory module installed, if it does, then remove one and try again. Repeat with the other if it still won't boot.

Well Try just on the adapter ,then removed the memory one at a time and nothing there. No Lights come on . Seems that it is just not getting power,The power cord was pretty warm though so just ordered on thru ebay.Maybe that will work

Keep in mind that overheating can literally destroy (melt) electronic components.
