    Resolved [RESOLVED] You Require Permission

Hi All, ............ Recently I changed my ISP and in that process the new provider added 1523 files of malware protection which is neither needed nor wanted. In the process of trying to remove the added software, I encountered: "You require permission from Administrator to make changes..." I am the administrator of my computer found that this requires that I obtain "ownership" of these unwanted files before permission can be given. I was able to get a solution of taking ownership but I'm stuck at that point. Can anyone supply the required steps to help me remove this this added malware protection?

What was the solution you used when you got stuck?
    Error messages?
But if you have to do this 1523 times, that seems a bit much. I think you should phone the ISP.

Jim, ............... The site that you provided looked like an excellent solution. I followed it and your direction several times but still got the same message about requiring permission. Obviously I was doing something incorrectly. Then I followed your suggestion and contacted the ISP and after much passing of information finally got the the undesired program removed. Thank you for your interest and help.
