How to stop page numbering part way down Word Doc
I've got a document I'm stuggling with the page numbering for. It has;
one title page - I don't want the number to show or this page to be included in the page total
10 pages of text - I want them number 1 of 10 though 10 of 10
3 pages of bibliography - I don't want any numbering
Can it be done?

Don't use any page numbering and manually insert what you want?

haha, well yes that's pretty clever actually.
If anyone knows a way to do it using auto page numbering I'd still be interested to know.

That tells me how to add extra pages and have them numbered. I want to have pages that aren't numbered. Surprising, section breaks don't seem to do it. I'd have thought I could restart numbering in a new section but it doesn't do it.

More food for thought:
one title page - I don't want the number to show or this page to be included in the page total
10 pages of text - I want them number 1 of 10 though 10 of 10
These first two are easy...you tell it to start numbering on the second page.
3 pages of bibliography - I don't want any numbering
Put these three pages in a different doc
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

That's a great idea for the printed copies, but one has to be submitted electronically. Maybe its part of the test.
