Outlook Contacts "File As" issue

Hi everyone. I have an interesting issue. I have someone's Outlook Contacts configured to file contacts as lastname, firstname. However, when they create a new contact and enter the person's name in the Name field the File As field shows it as firstname, lastname instead of lastname, firstname. This is how it looks:

Name: John Doe
File As: John, Doe

Any thoughts on how to fix this one?

When entering the name are you clicking on the FULL NAME button and filling in the fields properly?

No, but they never had to do it before for this to work correctly...

Course the Full Name button would probably solve it

Also bet if they type Last, First in the name field it'll come out correct too. (works on my machine)

I'll bet you're right on both counts. However, this guy is a difficult end user to please and he'll want it back the way it was hell or high water... 8)

A System Restore might work. On the other hand, if it was due to the latest M$ updates, he might be out of luck.
