[RESOLVED] Printer problem, registry??
Hello all, got a message saying Printers offline, have restarted computer etc.
Have windows vista.
Printer offline is greyed out, in tyhe printer box file.
Problem •When windows gives you an 0X00000005 error message it means:
that there is a 94% chance that your windows registry is damaged.
Recommended Solution: (1) Download and install Registry Scan Tool
Downloaded Registry scan tool to repair, but says i have to pay.
You know whats coming next??
What the best free one?
Thanks GEP

It is unlikely that your registry is damaged, and even if it was, a "registry scan tool" is unlikely to fix anything. Post the exact error message you are getting. A screen capture might be a good idea also.

If you are getting a message like that, you have malware
Give the PC a scan with this:
Malwarebytes
