    ok this is my puter

    Windows 7 IE 8 has all of a sudden gotten real slow...using RR as server..
    no probs other than that but something has slowed this down alot

    Have you power cycled the modem, if it the internet you are talking about.

    Install Firefox, or Chrome, or both. It is always good to have a second browser, as some sites render better on one rather than the other. And it is very good for troubleshooting situations like this, as you can see whether the problem is in the browser or elsewhere.
