Question Sudden Problem Accessing a Certain Website

Since yesterday, I've suddenly run into a problem accessing the Fox News website. (I'm beginning to think it is a government conspiracy! LOL) I have the Fox news url listed in my favorites and when I select it, the site is displayed, but then I get a popup message that says the following.

"Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site http://www.foxnews.com/."

    Operation aborted.

Then it allows me to click Ok and then it goes to the usual explorer error message page that says site cannot be accessed for one of the following reasons.

I noticed that there is a /. at the end of the website url listed in the error message....but that's not what I have listed in my favorites. There is no /. When I try to access the site by searching for it in google...it does the same thing.

I'm not having this problem with any other website. It's only this one site.

    http://www.foxnews.com/ is a good url.

Looks like you need to update your favorite link. They do change them once in a while and the redirect may not work causing problems like you see.
