Old tech blamed for gov't woes
White House budget director blames old computers for ineffective government
WHAaaat?? Do they mean to say that the Commodore 64's they are currently using are...are...are inadequate?? Why I never...!

New computers would be nice if Washington had people smart enough to use them. Sometimes I wonder.

Those attending the summit are to break into smaller groups to discuss streamlining government operations.......
Does that mean reducing the number of government employees since things will run more sensibly? ha ha
