Windows Password problem
Hello all, this is i know going to be a difficult problem because its a password problem, but here goes. I have never needed to ask for a password help here or anywhere before.
My daughters computer will not recognise her normal windows password. I set up a computer password and it will not recognise that either. The passwords she has entered are valid.
She has no disks, no floppy either.
I told her to try last known configaration, and others ways like Repair computer, but still no joy.
She has no had no real problems upto now.
She cannot access any information.
Windows Vista.
Thanks for any replies, GEP

Did you do that before or after this issue started?
Was the pc working fine yesterday or there abouts?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Hello Steve and all, she last had the computer on Tuesday, before yesterday Friday.
I set up the password 2 years ago approx, when she got the computer, the password is ok, unforgettable.
Thanks, GEP
