Computers using my Internet Connection

How do I see them?

I have a total of 4 computers I know are using my connection.
#1 connect wired
#2, 3, 4, always use the wireless

At #1, I can only see #2
At #2, it only show itself

(At #3 & #4, I don't know. They are my elderly neighbor couple I let to use my wireless connection.)

How come I can never see #3 & #4. And, why can't I see all the computers at each computer? These computers are using my connection so they are in my network, right? May be I just don't understand.

Where are you looking? Just because they are using your network, that does NOT mean they are in your workgroup.

How do I get all the workgroup to show?
At my home we use the MSHOME.
Sometimes I see the workgroup WORKGROUP shows up but it won't let me access it.

The workgroup names must match.

So, if they are using another workgroup, what may I do to be able to see it?

You would have to change the Workgroup name on the computer you are using to match the Workgroup name on the computers you want to see. What version(s) of Windows are you using?

So, I have to know the workgroup names and join my computer to those workgroups in order to see those computers?

There must be an easier way for me to see all the computers that are using my connection, right? This is the deal. I mentioned that I let the elderly couple next door to use my wireless connection with the understanding that they won't let anyone else to use it also. But I don't think they understand and I think they may have given out the password to someone else. B4 talking to them, I want to monitor my connection for a few days.

Check your router.
It should list computers connected to it.

It depends on what you mean by "seeing". I took that to mean you want to share files.

If you mean you just want to see if there are devices on the network, then you can check the router's DHCP table as Shinma mentioned. You could also scan your DHCP range to see which IPs are in use.

The router admin is pretty confusing but eventually I figured out how to check it like you guys say.
