the rpc server is unavailible

I am running windows 7 and the wife is networked to me with vista.In printers her pc sees the printer connected to me but now when she trys to print it is saying the rpc server is unavailible

Sorry to admit it but I am not to bright knowing what services to start or what I am really looking at in the services.The only rpc ones I saw said the were automatic

On my end the "server' is set on automatic..wifes end there in no SERVER in servises

File and Printer Sharing may not be installed on the Vista computer.
