    Smile Re:Removing program

Hello Frebo and all, i am trying to get rid of Olivetti printer/scanner/anyway photo plus driver, tried system restore a few times, going back earlier and earlier, no good. I hope i have not deleted the folder before trying to remove from add & remove, i could have downloaded and installed the wrong drivers, as only XP drivers came with it, and have to go to their website. I presently have the 32 bit Vista drivers as my vista is 32bit loaded as well as the drivers i am trying to UNinstall.

Tried re-registering through cmd.exe in safe mode, as well as purge & scannow in cmd.exe.

Logged on as administrator to do these things.

Can you help or someone else, as i took 6 hours yesterday to try and get rid.

    Thanks, GEP

Hello Frebo and all, sorted the problem, just turned off User Account control, then it uninstalled ok.
Will turn user control back on.

    Thanks, GEP
