Trasfer files and settings from 64 bit to 32 bit machine

I need to transfer all the files (at least) from a Vista 64 bit machine to a Vista 32 bit machine. Windows Easy Transfer does not support this. Anyone know of another utility to do this?
    Thanks.

What type of files are you trying to transfer? If just photos, documents and email, use a USB flash drive and save the files to it, then upload them to the new system.

Thanks Photolady. I was hoping there might be an automated utility that would do it for me so I don't have to search around for all the files. Easy Transfer would be great if it could only cope with 64 bit - 32 bit issue.

I don't know but someone else might have an idea for you. I keep my files all in one place that way they are easier to find. One thing about transfers is you can't transfer programs. Those you just have to reinstall.

I doubt that there will be any software that can do this, for the simple reason that there are settings and locations in x64 that simply don't exist in x86. That's why the MS tool will only work one way.
