    Cheap or free PDF viewer

    I am looking for a cheap or free PDF viewer for use with a tablet PC that will enable me to place comments on and highlight the PDF document. It would be handy to be able to bookmark where I am up to as well.

    Any recommendations please?

    IMO, PDF-XChange is the best free viewer currently out. Beyond your shopping list, it even allows you to type on PDFs. And no hidden (or semi-hidden toolbars.) Available as an installed version or as a portable one.
