Well, in that case, you may want to reinstall Roxio.

I have found a solution for my problem. I downloaded a patch from this link
http://kb.roxio.com/search.aspx?URL=...00070GN&PARAMS
and that solved the problem with the software, it now detects the drives and everything is working fine. Thanks so much for all the help!!
