This damn appareil mobile doesn't want to listen, it's still there, even though I deleted the key. The reason I want to remove this entry is that it may be connected to the fact that I can't use Activesync. And I plugged the camera in (Canon EOS 350), it was immediately recognized, but not listed in the Safely Remove Hardware menu. All there was were the hard drives and a PNG (navigon 7100) under the heading Mass storage peripheral. Do I have to call an exorcist ?

PNG (navigon 7100) ->is that device attached to the pc? If you remove it does it get removed from the mass storage section?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Yes, it is recognized when it's connected and removed from the mass storage section when disconnected.

I did it! And I did it myself! I want into device manager/usb bus controller and unabled the mass storage hardware entry, then to My Computer and right-clicked on Appareil mobile, deleted it, this time it was possible, and then reenable the previous entry et voila!
Thank you for all your kind replies.
