Creative Zen MP3
Hello, I have a question about the titled MP3 player I bought. I want to be able to burn two Pink Floyd DVD concerts (Pulse & David Gilmore live at the Royal Albert Hall ) to my ZEN. So far no joy as I have to convert the DVDs to, and this is the reply from Creative:
"I understand from your email that you cannot transfer DVD content to ZEN
player. I can imagine this is a frustrating experience. I'm sorry for
any inconvenience this is causing you. Please let me assist you.
For your information the original ZEN application does not have function
to transfer DVD content to ZEN player.
However, you may refer to the following article to convert normal videos
using Video Converter.

I have kinda busy as of late at work so my time is limited until the project is complete. Thanks!!!!!!

I'm not sure I have the question exactly. What specific problem are you having? Does the conversion as described by creative.com not work?
I'd first have a look here..
www.videohelp.com
for other conversion tutorials. They also lean towards using freeware so it shouldn't cost anything.

The conversion part of the software is suppose to be able to convert DVDs to a format that my MP3 player can play. I am new to MP3 players for my own use. I am going to check out both sites to see if I can find some conversion software that works. Thanks

Never mind I found the concerts in cd format on Amazon. I can have the tunes on the Zen and save some space. Thanks
