HP Pavilion ZX5000 Memory Upgrade
My HP Pavilion ZX5000 supposedly has 2 memory slots in it. When I take the back memory cover off I only see 1 slot. Where is the other one located?

Apparently, one slot (the one you're seeing) is easily accessible for expansion purposes; the main, or system module as HP calls it, is mounted internally. Some minor disassembly of the laptop will be necessary. Download the manual to your desktop - it's in .pdf format. See Section 5, starting on p. 108:

The actual page for the system module is p. 144 (5-37, or Section 5.13).

Thanks for the service manual. I will remove the keyboard and then install the primary memory module.
