May luck out and not have to pay at all or you may need to go to the post office and pick it up and pay for it.
Hard telling how it will be handled.
Just have to wait and see.

router suggestion
I have used many routers.
Linksys are good, but seen many decide to quit.
Down at your local Walmant (the computer specialists ha ha)
They have a belkin router,,,, about 34.95
works great.
easy to set up.
I have 1 PC,,,, and 2 pc's with linksys USB's on them,,, and my laptop,,, all get on,,,, good range.
Easy to set up wireless security (if you ever want to use it.
When I was visiting a friend out in Boulder,,,, I got one in a store there and hooked em up,,, PC,,, couple of laptops all good
34.95 maybe some tax,,,, and a bag a chips while your in there.
