Receiving no pics
Can anyone explain why I cannot open certain emails that contain images. I had a relative send me an email with a photo that he was able to open. When I receive it I cannot........... Thanks

You can't open emails, or images? What email program, Windows version?

What email client are you using? OE, Windows Mail or other?

Microsoft Outlook Office 2003....... Some open, and others do not,, maybe a setting issue?

Images inside the body of the mail, or attached images?
If attached, any particular file extension, that doesn't open?
Example: file.xyz, where "xyz" is called extension.
How do you try to open those files? Do you save them to your computer, first?
If so, what happens you, when you try to open them?

I removed the check mark in the "Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML mail." This may have been the problem....?
