Can't download any big Files
Windows xp, IE7 sp2
Any file thats 50mb or more my computer starts the dwnload but it stops half way through or earlier and ends with the your dwnload time has expired message. So i've deleted temp internet files, and and free'd up some memory on my comp and still the same problem.

What type of connection?
Did you try Firefox?

Cable connection- via comcast and yes ive tried firefox and oprea

Mr. T. Tech--50MB is a pretty small file these days. (you could not even download WinXP SP3 with that limitation).
Comcast has been know to throttle back the amount of downloads that people who are considered to download "excessively" can do. You might phone Comcast and ask if that is the problem. Of course, if that is not the problem, you can ask Comcast's help.
