Video capture & Printscreen problem
Video capture & Printscreen problem
I can use PrintScreen on Windows Media Player and it works on my XP laptop but won't work on my XP desktop.
Also, I can edit Moviemaker on my laptop but it freezes up on my desktop.
Codex?? Any ideas.

You can probably get printscreen to work by reducing or turning off hardware acceleration in graphics properties.

Not an uncommon problem. Not sure of a specific solution since there's probably a number of reasons that happens. Try experimenting with smaller clips and see if that makes a difference. Also have a look in event viewer (control panel>event viewer>apps) and see if there are any errors related to the freeze.
