AOL Broadband

Anyone pass along any info concerning AOL Broadband... A friend of mine is having connection speed issues.... Have done all checks with spyware, defrag, etc.. Right now she's downloading around 765Kbps......... Pages take forever to open.. (Dell Laptop)........
