    Block Internet Access

    Is there a quick and free way to block internet access at specific times of the day on Windows XP machines?

    No there isn't, at least not without using some 3rd party software to do it. Windows Vista, on the other hand, can easily do exactly what you want, if you were thinking of upgrading.
