How to directly open new Tabs in IE7 by "Left Clicking on Links"

Can Somebody tell me as to How can I Open Links in new Tabs with Left Click, in IE7 without Right Clicking or Middle Clicking on them, i.e. when I left Click a Link it should get directly Opened in a New Tab like Firefox, Without having to Right Click and then Clicking on the "Open in New Tab" or Middle Click .

When I look in the tab settings i see "Open New Tab next to current tab" and "New Tab in the current window" both of which when combined will open a new tab when left clicking.

When using either Internet Explorer or Firefox, there are three ways (that I know of) to open a new tab when you follow a link on a webpage:
    1. Use the mouse wheel to click the link.

    2. Press [Ctrl] as you left-click the link.

    3. Right-click the link and then select Open in New Tab.
