Popping Windows
Again, I don't know if this is a Vista problem or IE7 problem. This is more of an annoyance.
I like to play videos in the background while I do some work on my PC. The annoying part comes when the video window is under another window and pops up everytime the video is done. I guess the feed is stopped and the window sits ontop any other windows--all though its not the active one I am currently working with. Do you know what I mean? How do I get IE7 or Vista to stop popping up that window, even though its not the current one that I am active on?

It's a known problem. I have yet to see any solution to it.

My XP didn't do it, but I also ran IE6.

The only thing I can contribute is that I recently started using a dual-monitor setup, and when I have the occasional second window open like that it opens on the second monitor instead of on top of my active window. It may be coincidence, but it's an unintended bonus as well.
